EXOS builds Tacit OS, the operating system for expert judgment.

Every knowledge-intensive organization faces the same structural failure: expertise lives in people's heads, and every departure, rotation, or transition takes irreplaceable judgment with it. Documents pile up with no way to tell the authoritative from the outdated. Complex work spans teams with no shared layer for their knowledge to coordinate — so humans bridge the gap in meetings, at real cost to speed and quality.

Tacit OS is a governed AI workspace that sits alongside your existing tools — M365, Salesforce, matter management — and turns institutional knowledge into a compounding, auditable asset instead of a dependency on who stays and who leaves. Not a generic chatbot. AI that operates inside your actual operating model, with full provenance on every output: what informed it, who reviewed it, what was AI-generated versus human-approved.

We work where judgment is the work: healthcare systems, manufacturing operations, private equity and portfolio ops, and regulated government programs.

How we operate: first principles over available solutions. Speed as our moat. Product as culture.

Your best people's judgment should outlast them.
