Joseph LaGrave

Joseph LaGrave has been involved in a variety of roles in the aerospace industry since 1994. From 1994 to 1995, they were a Specification Writer for Armko Industries, where they wrote, proofed, and released specifications, drawings, contracts, and bid packages for over 10 million square feet of commercial roofing. From 1995 to 2007, they were the Owner of Red's Services, a general contractor that employed five employees and seven subcontractors. From 2007 to 2016, they were a Service and Installation Technician at Tex-Air Cryogenics, where they supervised, installed, and serviced cryogenic gas supply and telemetry monitoring systems. From 2001 to 2013, they were an Aerospace Engineering Technician at Armadillo Aerospace, where they were involved in subsystems planning, design, build, testing, and integration of the majority of the mechanical portions of lander and suborbital style liquid fueled rockets. Since 2016, they have been a Lead Systems Integrator at EXOS Aerospace Systems & Technologies, where they collaborate on design, build, testing, assembly, and operation of almost every part of a liquid fueled reusable sounding rocket.

Joseph LaGrave is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Collin College.
