Mike Peters leads their newly combined reimbursement and payor development teams and is responsible for all aspects of revenue cycle management, including the management of DJO’s relationships with third-party and insurance payors. In his most recent position as DJO’s Chief Information Officer, Mike successfully managed the global information technology and customer-facing healthcare solutions development teams and led the Company’s successful partnership with mPhasis to expand DJO’s technology capabilities around the world. Before joining DJO, Mike served as Vice President, Commercial Logistics for Smith & Nephew’s Reconstruction and Trauma divisions and spent 14 years at FedEx in several divisions of the company where he successfully led teams in operations, sales, and sales training. In 2004, he received the Five Star Award, FedEx’s highest honor for exemplary service. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in social ecology from the University of California, Irvine.
