Marco Zambianchi

Marco Zambianchi is a highly experienced aerospace professional currently serving as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer at Exostaff GmbH since February 2023. Previously, Marco held the position of E2E System Engineer at VisionSpace from October 2019 to January 2023, and worked as a GAIA Spacecraft Analyst at Serco from October 2012 to September 2019. Marco's expertise includes supporting spacecraft operations during both nominal and contingency scenarios, managing spacecraft operational databases, implementing tools for database manipulation, and providing first-level contingency recovery support. Additionally, Marco served as a Spacecraft Controller for the XMM/Newton and INTEGRAL missions at ESA/ESOC, demonstrating a strong background in space mission operations. Prior to aerospace, Marco led the IT Department at Comune di Calolziocorte for 15 years, showcasing robust experience in IT management. Marco attended Università Statale di Milano, where studies focused on Computer Science, and holds a High School degree in Economics and Computer Programming from ITC G. Parini - Lecco.
