Felicia Faragasso

Felicia Faragasso is currently the VP of Legal/Contracts at Exostar. Felicia has over 20 years of experience in corporate law, including serving as the Corporate Secretary for Leidos' 34 international branches, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.

Faragasso has extensive experience in data privacy and security, contract negotiation, and compliance issues. Felicia has negotiated sales representative and distribution agreements, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, and cloud technology undertakings from both vendor and purchaser perspectives. Felicia is also responsible for managing tax, contracts, real estate, business development, and risk management issues in contracts and ongoing programs.

Faragasso has progressed through positions of increasing scope and responsibility during their career, including roles as the Director of Export/Import Compliance, Corporate Counsel, Senior Counsel & Director of International Law and Compliance, and Vice President for Legal.

Felicia Faragasso attended McLean High School before going on to study public policy and economics at Duke University. Felicia then went on to earn their JD from William & Mary Law School with a focus in international business.
