Laura Nelson

Laura Nelson is a Mechanical Structural Design Engineer with extensive experience in propulsion systems, specifically Hall Effect Thruster Propulsion Systems, currently serving as the Harness Technical Lead at ExoTerra Resource LLC since January 2020. Prior experience includes participation in a UCLA Capstone Project focused on developing an autonomous robot, and an internship as a Project Engineer with Webcor, where site plans and subcontractor submittals were reviewed for the Moscone Convention Center project. Laura has also interned at Aether, where assistance in building and troubleshooting 3D printers was provided, and managed the front desk operations at Little Dipper Aquatic Center. Laura holds a degree from UCLA, completed in 2019.
