Sapna Madaan

Sapna Madaan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Development at Exotic India since September 2021, Sapna oversees a wide array of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. Previously, Sapna held mentorship roles at Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) and served in various HR positions at FIL Industries Limited, CanKids...KidsCan, RK Group, Haldiram Products Private Limited, and Jeewan Mala Hospital Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include an Executive Diploma in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University, among other credentials.
