Anand Patil

Anand Patil currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President and General Manager for MEP Projects at Exotic Innovations Private Limited since May 2018. Prior to this role, Anand served as AGM - Projects MEP and held various positions, including Deputy Manager at CBRE from December 2015 to May 2018, and Assistant Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) from September 2014 to December 2015. Earlier career experiences include working as an Assistant Project Manager and Electrical Project Engineer at Vijaya Energy Plus Private Limited between August 2011 and November 2015. Anand Patil completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from TRR Engineering College in 2010, following an Intermediate Examination at Nalanda Junior College and S.S.C Examination at Saviour High School.
