Mikaela Kindstedt is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. At Exove since December 2013, Mikaela has held multiple roles including Technical Competence Manager, Senior Frontend Developer, and Team Lead, showcasing a strong progression in responsibilities. Previous experience includes working as a Developer at !NOOB, where Mikaela contributed to digital and communications marketing projects, and at Breakit, where both front-end and back-end development tasks were performed. Early career roles as a Web Developer at Ote Oy and CoreFinland Ltd. involved website updates, design, and digital media production. Mikaela holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information and Media Technology from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, earned from 2008 to 2012.
