Frank Miller

Frank Miller has a diverse work experience in the intelligence and defense sectors. Frank is currently serving as the Vice President at Exovera since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director at SOS International LLC from April 2022 to June 2022. Frank also worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency as the Director of Partner Engagement from February 2020 to April 2022. Before joining DIA, they held the position of DIO-East Asia at DIA from an unknown start date to February 2020. Frank began their career at The Joint Staff, J5, where they worked in the Northeast Asia Division from an unknown start date to 2010.

Frank Miller attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1976 to 1980, but did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study. In 1993, they briefly attended the Naval Postgraduate School.
