Mark Snider

Mark Snider is the Founding President of Transition Real Estate Advisors LLC and a Sales and Marketing Specialist at eXp Commercial, where Mark leverages extensive experience in real estate brokerage, consulting, investing, developing, and building in Northeast Ohio. Previously, Mark served as President of Tower Realty and The Winbury Group from October 1989 to June 2022, where Mark led diverse real estate developments. In 2001, Mark established Tower Group Realty after obtaining a real estate broker license. Earlier, Mark held the position of President at Anripar Group from July 1985 to July 1987, focused on residential and commercial property development, and was a Business Development Manager at Gilbane Building Company from March 1980 to June 1985. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in law, economics, accounting, and marketing from John Carroll University.
