Michael Beaudry brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and consulting. Since April 2003, Michael has managed services at Logic Impact Group, focusing on asset and project management while also investing in Hydro and Solar Energy Companies. Michael serves as a Commercial Real Estate Senior Advisor at eXp Commercial and highlights achievements as the first representative in Connecticut and Massachusetts, building a team of experts throughout New England. As a Commercial Real Estate Consultant and Advisor since 2003, Michael has provided investment property management, lease analysis, and detailed market research for investors. Additionally, ownership of Azon Liquors & Cigars from 2007 to 2014 resulted in significant sales growth and successful project management. Michael's earlier experience in loss prevention management developed strong investigative and analytical skills. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Springfield Technical Community College.
