Teresa Posada is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Ding Consulting since September 2023, Teresa specializes in helping business owners prepare for sale and transition into retirement. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with eXp Commercial since December 2023, Teresa guides clients through the complexities of evaluating and selling businesses. Previously, Teresa held positions as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Sotheby’s International Realty and as Managing Member at Nation Wide Welding Services, LLC, which provided construction and maintenance solutions to the natural gas industry. Additionally, Teresa was the Owner of Utica Safety Apparel and Managing Member of Posada Realty, LLC, a real estate investment company. Beginning a career as an Auto Cad Coordinator at Environmental Systems Design, Inc., Teresa holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Westwood College-Dupage.
