David Cook Pe

David Cook, PE is an experienced professional engineer with a diverse work background. David most recently worked as the Vice President at exp Federal starting in February 2019. Prior to that, they were self-employed for a brief period in January 2019. From 2017 to 2019, David served as the Vice President - Projects Director at Wood, formerly known as Amec Foster Wheeler. David previously held multiple roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, including Vice President - Projects Director and Vice President Business Development, from 2011 to 2017. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at Asia Construction & Logistics from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at EOD Technology as the General Manager, Construction and Director of Operations from 2004 to 2009. David also has a military background, having served in the United States Marine Corps as a Major and Captain from 1997 to 2004.

David Cook, PE began their education journey in 1988 at The Citadel, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. David successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1992. In 1996, they furthered their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. David completed their postgraduate studies in 1997. Later, in 2007, David Cook enrolled at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and pursued a ProMBA degree with a focus on Business. David completed their studies in 2008.
