E Terrence Zwambila

E Terrence Zwambila is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance, commercial leadership, and healthcare management. Currently serving as Chief Finance & Commercial Officer and Group Commercial Director at Exp Agency since January 2018, Zwambila previously held the position of Director at The Riverbed Marketing and Communications Agency from May 2016 to December 2017. At 3M, from July 1997 to March 2016, Zwambila was Senior Managing Director and Regional Managing Director for the Gulf Region, overseeing operations in the Middle East, Pakistan, and Egypt, and served as a member of the Board of Directors for 3M Gulf Ltd. Additionally, Zwambila led the Safety & Graphics Business Group and the Health Care Business Group in the Middle East, and was also General Manager for the Health Care Business in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa while holding the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt designation for the region. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of South Africa.
