Jared Fields is an experienced litigator and corporate counsel currently serving as Vice President of Legal Operations (Litigation) for eXp Realty. In early 2024, Jared launched a solo legal practice, focusing on litigation and business counsel. Prior to this, Jared held the position of Chief Legal Counsel for Mustang Development & Affiliated Companies and Chattanooga Red Wolves SC, where they managed all legal matters for diverse industries. Throughout their career, Jared has worked in both large firms and in-house roles, addressing various complex legal issues, particularly in litigation and regulatory matters. Jared earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College.
