Libby Cole

Libby Cole is the Owner and Certified Enneagram Coach at Expand Coaching and Consulting, LLC, where coaching focuses on maximizing team potential through the Enneagram. As a Public Speaker for Badassery, Libby contributes to a community of thought leaders, facilitating paid speaking opportunities. Previous experience includes roles such as Student Activities and Special Populations Coordinator at Coastal Pines Technical College and Recruitment and Retention Specialist at Southeast Georgia Health System, where responsibilities included recruitment functions and applicant screening. Libby also served as Manager of Admissions at the Medical University of South Carolina and Associate Director of the Higdon Student Leadership Center at the College of Charleston, overseeing various leadership programs and student engagement initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Counselor Education from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Rhetoric from Georgia College & State University.
