Jack Utley

Jack Utley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electronic trading and market operations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Expand Research, part of BCG, since December 2023, Jack previously held the position of Head of Market Operations and Client Services at LSEG from August 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading market operations and service delivery for trading venues. Prior to LSEG, Jack was the Global Head of Electronic Trading Client Services at BNP Paribas from December 2010 to December 2020, overseeing client-facing electronic trading platforms. Jack's earlier roles include EMEA Head of Electronic Client Solutions Group at Barclays Capital and managerial positions at Nyfix Technologies and Javelin Technologies. Jack holds a BSc in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from USC Marshall School of Business and an MSc in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City, University of London.
