Kevin Morgan

Kevin Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data operations and management within the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Principal at Expand Research - A BCG Company since March 2025, Kevin previously held the role of Chief Data Operations Officer at Norstella from May 2022 to January 2025, where the focus was on enhancing patient access to crucial therapies through a collaboration of leading pharma solution providers. Prior to that, Kevin was Chief Data Operations Officer at Evaluate Ltd, delivering commercial intelligence for the pharmaceutical industry, and worked as a Principal Consultant at GreenBirch, specializing in capital markets consultancy. Kevin began a consultancy role at DataNation in May 2019. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter and has completed postgraduate education in Organizational Leadership at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
