Neil Thomas

Neil Thomas is a seasoned data scientist and MI management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving at Expand Research - A BCG Company since January 2023, where Neil is responsible for developing automated financial, sales, and Salesforce reports using Microsoft Power BI. Previously, Neil held roles at British Gas from November 2010 to January 2019, including MI Relationship Manager and Head of Service & Repair, overseeing numerous MI reports, regulatory submissions, and stakeholder management. Neil also contributed as Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Centrica, managing teams and delivering key telephony MI projects across multiple call centers. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from Solent University.
