Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker has over 28 years of experience in sales, business development, and creative leadership. Jeff began their career in 1992 as a Sales Representative for Pfizer. In 1993, they moved to Stibo Datagraphics - Atlanta as a Sales Representative, where they were a key member of the Account Management team and developed a direct marketing campaign. In 1994, they became the Sales Director for PeopleFluent (formerly OPTIMUM HR Consulting Services). In 2003, they joined HRworks as the Director of Business Development, where they collaborated closely with Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients to build strategic partnerships. In 2009, they became the Vice President of Business Development and Partner at Pinnacle HR Consulting Services, where they led the national team of Account Executives and architected the Recruitment Compliance Consulting Practice Group. In 2017, they joined REVERB design group as the Principal and Chief Design Architect. In 2019, they became the Chief Creative Officer for ParentsUSA. In 2020, they joined ExpandShare as the Director of Enterprise Accounts.

Jeff Baker attended Winamac Community High School from 1985 to 1988. Jeff then went on to Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and Graphic Design.
