Kenny Cofer

Kenny Cofer has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2006 as a Civil Service employee for the United States Air Force. Kenny has worked in various roles within the 402d Maintenance Wing, as a Manager for Depot Activation, in partnership development for the C-17 program office, and as a Recruiting Manager for the Software Engineering Group. In 2019, they left the Air Force to work for Credence Management Solutions, LLC as a Senior Recruiter, and later as Director of Air Force programs within the PEO Digital and NC3 portfolios, where they led over 300 personnel and worked with contracting vehicles such as EPASS and GSA OASIS. In 2022, they are expected to join EXPANSIA as a Senior Program Manager.

Kenny Cofer earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Georgia Southern University in 2006. In 2009, they completed their Master of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Georgia College & State University. In 2012, they attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Kenny also obtained various certifications such as FDM Certified AM Engineer - Level 3 and FDM Advanced Operations Professional - Level 2 from Stratasys, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in 2023.
