Deepak Malani

Deepak Malani is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and systems development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Principal Engineer at Expedia Group since September 2016, Deepak has modernized financial and payment systems through advanced architectural solutions, including Oracle ERP and data mesh patterns. Prior roles include Staff Application Developer at Vrbo, where the focus was on end-to-end financial and human resource systems, and a series of positions at Infosys, including Technology Lead for Cisco, where Deepak implemented financial systems and innovative data lakes. Deepak's background includes significant contributions to the Order to Cash cycle for both Toyota Motor Europe and Cummins, along with expertise in performance tuning and ETL processes for Apple. Deepak holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Jai Narain Vyas University, completed in 2009.
