Karl Prosser

Karl Prosser has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karl began their career at Labor Ready in 1999, where they worked as a Senior Developer and Corporate Software Manager, responsible for designing and developing enterprise applications. After leaving Labor Ready, they founded their own company, ShellTools LLC, where they served as the Owner and Software Architect.

In 2006, Karl joined several organizations simultaneously, including Crista Ministries, Christian Veterinary Mission, and World Concern, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer and Application Support Lead. During this time, they gained expertise in application development and support.

From 2011 to 2013, Karl worked at AVERRO, where they served as a Cloud Deployment Solution Engineer, specializing in SharePoint farms deployment and maintenance. Karl also developed solutions for log collection into a big data system and created a HTML5 SPA for network device monitoring.

Karl then joined Microsoft in 2011 as a Vendor Providing Senior Software Engineering Services. Karl continued working on SharePoint projects and was involved in building solutions for audit, automation, and reconfiguration. Karl also worked on big data analytics for SharePoint Online.

In 2013, Karl transitioned to Prithvi Catalytic, a vendor company within the Office 365 ecosystem. Here, they focused primarily on big data analytics for SharePoint Online.

In 2014, Karl joined Pushpay as the Director of Engineering, a role they currently hold.

In 2019, Karl took a sabbatical, during which they served as the Chief Sabbatical Officer.

Throughout their career, Karl has demonstrated their technical expertise and leadership in software engineering, deployment, and support. Karl has a strong background in SharePoint and has contributed to the success of various organizations.
