Ernst-Jan de Planque

Ernst-Jan de Planque is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, revenue management, and training within the hospitality and travel industries. Currently serving as Director of Sales Enablement at Expedia Group since April 2013, Ernst-Jan has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the Sales Enablement function for a large sales and account management organization. Previous roles at Expedia Group include Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Senior Training Designer, and Sr. Trainer, where Ernst-Jan delivered comprehensive training programs and marketing materials. Prior to Expedia Group, Ernst-Jan held positions in revenue management and analysis at NH Hoteles and Jetsetter. Beginning the career as a General Assistant at Holgate Hill Hotel and a Restaurant Team Member at 't Madammeke, Ernst-Jan built a solid foundation in the hospitality sector. Education was completed at ROC Aventus from 2003 to 2006.
