Gretchen Frampton

Gretchen Frampton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Expedia Group since September 2024, Gretchen previously held multiple senior HR roles at Nordstrom from September 2016 to September 2024, including Senior Director of Human Resources for Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, and Technology. Prior to Nordstrom, Gretchen spent over a decade at Starbucks, where roles included Human Resources Manager and Program Manager focused on staffing operations and assessments, contributing to significant ROI through innovative hiring practices. Gretchen began their career at Starbucks Coffee Company, providing operational support to senior leaders. An alumna of The George Washington University, Gretchen holds a BA in International Affairs.
