Ivana Krešić

Ivana Krešić has extensive experience in various roles across multiple sectors, notably in customer support and media. Currently serving as Team Lead in Partner Support Services at Expedia Group since October 2019, Ivana initially worked as a Lodging Service Associate. Previous positions include Editor at Škrabica u Booksi and Journalist at Muzika.hr. Ivana also contributed as a Customer Service Agent at HelloFresh and as Marketing Staff at IBERVEST. Early career experience includes a role as Program Scheduler at Croatian Music Channel and Front Office Clerk at Wanderer Travel. Ivana holds two Master's degrees from the University of Zagreb, one in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology and another in Croatian language and literature, which were completed between 2015 and 2018.
