Jay Roth is a seasoned educator and trainer with extensive experience in curriculum development and professional training. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at Expedia Group since June 2022, Jay specializes in training customer associates. As a Training Associate for the Adaptive Schools Seminar since June 2011, Jay is a credentialed independent national trainer, and also serves as an agency trainer for the Cognitive Coaching Seminar(R). Jay's previous role as Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Lebanon Public Schools involved leading curriculum alignment to standards and implementing new resources for district-wide use. With a background as a MO PLC Resource Specialist at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Jay trained school leaders in various areas including climate improvement and data-based decision-making. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Consultant and teaching high school mathematics for over a decade. Jay holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Mathematics from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Southeast Missouri State University.
