Katrina Lane is currently the SVP, Global Customer Engagement at Expedia Group. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Twitter from July 2021 to May 2022. In this role, Katrina led the Twitter Service - a global customer operations and experience team responsible for ensuring all Twitter users have a positive experience.

Before their time at Twitter, Katrina was with Amazon for over 5 years, serving as the VP of Partner Support and Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for developing and leading a team that provided support and solutions to Amazon’s partners and third-party sellers.

Katrina Lane has a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from Cornell University and a B.S. in Physics from Stanford University.
