Ron Carson

Ron Carson currently serves as the Sr Manager of Contact Center Technology Integration and Compliance at Expedia, Inc., where responsibilities include global technology integration, compliance oversight, and optimizing contact center architecture. Since July 2009, Ron has successfully assisted in translating business requirements for technology projects, managed audits for compliance with technology standards, and provided strategic expertise to teams regarding technical environments. Prior to Expedia, Ron held various leadership roles in technology, including Dir of Information Technology at Vallent Corp, and Dir of Strategic Planning at Onvia.com, among others. Ron's extensive educational background includes studies at multiple institutions, such as the University of Alaska Anchorage and the University of Washington.
