Subham Bose

Subham Bose is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry with extensive experience. Currently serving as Team Lead for Global Escalations at Expedia Group since March 2022, Subham has also held the position of Associate in the Global Customer Escalations Team at the same company. Prior to Expedia Group, Subham worked as a Senior Travel Consultant at IGT Solutions from September 2018 to March 2022 and as a Holiday Consultant at BIRD Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. from January 2017 to August 2018. The career began as a Trainee in International & Domestic Tours at Pelican Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd. from January 2014 to June 2014. Subham holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration from the Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism Management from NSHM College of Management and Technology, obtained in 2014. Formal education was commenced at Kendriya Vidyalaya, culminating in a XII degree in Commerce in 2011.
