Tom Norwell is a Designer and Creative Director with extensive experience in branding and creative strategy. They worked at TurnbullRipley from 2004 to 2022, during which time they merged strategic insight with motion-driven storytelling. In 2022, Tom held senior design positions at MultiAdaptor, Siegel+Gale, and ShopTalk/DEPT®, and currently serves as Associate Creative Director – Motion & Innovation at Expedia Group. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from The Arts Institute at Bournemouth, completed in 2004.
