Heather Thomas

Heather Thomas, MPS, PRC, CTR, CDR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Expedient since October 2021, Heather oversees all recruiting activities and onboarding for the Operations Support Center while implementing high-volume recruiting strategies. As Team Lead at Assist Marketing since September 2017, Heather manages activations and staff recruitment. Previous roles include Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, Brand Ambassador at Productions Plus, Assistant Manager at maurices, and HR Lead at New Era Advertising, where Heather developed strong skills in staff management and training. Heather holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
