Juan Carlos Gonzalez has been an entrepreneur since 1997, when they started their first business, Logico. In 2000, they were the Systems Manager at CEDEM - Centro de Dueñez Empresaria, where they were responsible for the support of the company's technological infrastructure and consultant mobility. From 2002-2003, they were the CEO and founder partner at Innox, a software factory that achieved CMMi level 4. In 2002, they were an Analyst at CartoData, where they were part of the analysis, design, and programming team for geographic information management systems. From 2013-2015, they were the Founding Partner at Entia, a company that took businessmen and entrepreneurs to live an intensive, playful, and deep experience to carry out the strategic design of systematization projects leveraged with information technologies. Juan Carlos was also the Partner and Board Member at Robocrea, the leading robotics school for children in western Mexico, and the Partner and Board Member at Talem, a venture capital fund specialized in granting loans funded with smartmoney. In 2017, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Expediente Azul, a white label SaaS which specializes in digitizing the origination process of financial operations for companies in LATAM, Brazil, and the Caribbean. Additionally, they were the Founder and Author at PiensAccion, a project they wanted to pause due to a focus strategy.

Juan Carlos Gonzalez studied English, Systems Engineering, Data Mining, Software Development, and Project Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1998 to 2003, earning an ISC degree. In 2001, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University. In 2018, they attended Columbia Business School to study Digital Strategies for Business. Juan Carlos is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Ownership and Innovation at EUNCET, which they expect to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from IBM, Sun Microsystems, Zend by Perforce, and the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University.
