MJ Calma

MJ Calma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the logistics industry. They started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Quality representative at Airspeed, where they managed air export shipments and in-house accounts. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at CTSI Logistics, Inc. as a Sales Supervisor, overseeing sales activities and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

In 2015, MJ Calma became a Business Owner at MJCDYC Transport, where they managed their own business until 2021. In 2021, they joined SeaRates.com as a Sales Specialist/Subject Matter Expert, responsible for acquiring and retaining customers in Freight Forwarding and managing in-house accounts.

In 2022, MJ Calma joined Freight Right Global Logistics as a Strategic Account Manager, developing new business and maintaining customer relationships for overall sales initiatives. They later moved to Lotte Global Logistics Philippines Inc. as a Business Development Manager, responsible for evaluating sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and managing logistics operations.

Currently, MJ Calma is serving as a Business Development Manager at DHL Summit Solutions Inc., where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.

MJ Calma attended De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a specialization in Export Management. The degree focused on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
