Chief People Officer at Expel

Amy Rossi began their career in 2003 as an HR Business Advisor at AOL. In this role, they provided support and guidance to AOL employees on a variety of HR-related topics. In 2012, they joined comScore as Senior Director of Talent Development. In this role, they were responsible for leading comScore's global talent development function, including performance activation, product training, sales training, onboarding, manager and leadership development, and employee engagement and retention. In 2016, they joined MicroStrategy as Vice President of Talent Management. In this role, they partnered with executive leadership to provide direction on talent strategies, systems, and programs designed to develop and engage MicroStrategy's high-performing employees around the world. In 2018, they joined Expel as Chief People Officer.

Amy Rossi attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science. Amy later completed coursework in adult education, learning, and professional development at George Mason University.

Amy Rossi reports to Dave Merkel, CEO. They work with Chris Waynforth - General Manager & VP, International Business, Greg Notch - Chief Information Security Officer, and Peter Katz - VP, General Counsel.
