Cat Starkey

Cat Starkey is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and software architecture. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Expel since September 2020, Starkey co-founded theFarmBoard in February 2016, focusing on tech strategy and infrastructure for connecting local farmers to their communities. Previously, Starkey held roles including Director of Engineering at ARMATURE Corporation, where significant cloud transitions and cost reductions were achieved. Notable past positions also include Software Architect at Blackboard and Autodesk, driving agile methodologies and modernizing application architectures. Starkey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
