Neiko Lampkin

Neiko Lampkin is an experienced professional in equity, inclusion, and diversity, currently serving as the Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Program Manager at Expel since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading all related initiatives and co-launching the company's inaugural program. Previous roles at Expel include Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Recruiter and Associate Software Engineer in Test, focusing on UI automation testing and exploratory testing. Neiko also gained valuable experience at Urban Outfitters as Men's Department and Hiring Team Leader, driving sales growth and managing teams, as well as working as a Restaurant Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill and a Seasonal Canvasser for Environment Virginia. Neiko completed the Workforce Development Program in Computer Software at Year Up United and has academic experience from Towson University and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
