Sean Mason

Sean Mason serves as the Managing Director of Cyber Defense at United Airlines, where responsibilities include safeguarding critical infrastructure by collaborating with various business sectors under the guidance of the VP & CISO. Mason also holds advisory roles at CrowdStrike, Expel, and Corelight. Prior experience includes founding and leading the Cisco Talos Incident Response unit, directing the Incident Response team at GE, and building cybersecurity frameworks at L3Harris Technologies. Earlier career roles include leadership positions at Monsanto Company and service as a Software Engineer in the United States Air Force. Mason holds a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from McKendree University.
