Silvia Rodriguez Garcia

Silvia Rodriguez Garcia began their work experience in 2017 with a Technical Sales Internship at Cisco. Silvia then transitioned to a role as a Software Engineer, where they focused on web development and creating support bots. In 2019, Silvia joined AppDynamics as a Sales Engineer, where they successfully closed high-value customer accounts and delivered technical advisement in various environments. Silvia then moved on to Zscaler, starting as a Sales Engineer for Enterprise clients and later transitioning to working with Large Enterprise clients. Most recently, Silvia joined Expel as a Principal Sales Engineer in 2022.

Silvia Rodriguez Garcia completed their education at UCL from 2015 to 2018, majoring in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a Year in Industry. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Leadership Essentials from McKinsey & Company (obtained year: 2024), Crucial Conversations from Crucial Learning (obtained month: July 2023), ZCCP-IA (Zscaler Internet Access Professional), ZCCP-PA (Zscaler Private Access Professional), ZCCA-PA (Zscaler Private Access Administrator), and ZCCA-IA (Zscaler Internet Access Administrator) from Zscaler (all obtained year: 2022), AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (both obtained year: 2020), and the Cambridge Certificate in Proficiency English from Cambridge University Press (obtained year: 2015). Silvia has also received the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards from Cambridge University Press.
