Alfani Alithea Sweetlana

Alfani Alithea Sweetlana is an experienced professional in the field of assessment and recruitment, currently serving as an Associate Assessor at EXPERD Consultant and FAME Consultant since August 2017. Previously, Alfani held the position of Human Resources Recruiter at Chronicle from June 2022 to May 2024, managing recruitment processes. Alfani's background includes roles as an Associate Assessor at Proxsis HR from July 2019 to October 2022 and at PT Saptaindra Sejati (Adaro Services) from April 2018 to March 2020, focusing on assessments for mining workers in Borneo, Indonesia.
