Deasy Ratnasari is an experienced Associate Assessor at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan UI since 2020 and at EXPERD Consultant since March 2017. Previously, Deasy worked as an Assessment Consultant at Experd Consulting from September 2013 to December 2015. Responsibilities include designing assessment methods, developing soft skill competency models, evaluating psychological reports, and advising clients on enhancing soft skill competencies. Deasy holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from the University of Indonesia, with studies completed in 2013 and 2011, respectively.
