Rizkiana Shadewi possesses extensive experience in human resource development and consulting, currently serving as a Research & Development / People Metric Consultant at EXPERD Consultant since July 2012. Prior roles include Human Resource Development Staff at both Decorous and Decorous Contract and the University of Indonesia, as well as an internship at Merpati Nusantara Airlines' Training Centre Division. Additionally, Rizkiana gained early experience as an intern at Budi Mulia Nursing Home and worked as a freelance surveyor for the Academic Quality Assurance Directorate at the University of Indonesia. Rizkiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 2011.
