Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Dunia Pancing Indonesia, PT from February 2011 to October 2013, providing support to supervisors and staff in developing employee capabilities. Vita holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
