Victoria Marshall-Rice

Victoria Marshall-Rice has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Victoria currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Expereo, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vodafone Business, where they held two significant roles. From 2015 to 2022, Victoria served as the Head of HR for Enterprise Sales & EU Cluster, overseeing a diverse global sales team and driving strategic and digital transformation programs. Before that, from 2015 to 2021, they were the Head of HR for VGE (Northern Europe), focusing on building a culture of one purpose across the international sales team and leading people and performance transformation.

Victoria also worked at Verizon from 2012 to 2015 as the Director Senior HR Business Partner, and at Honeywell Specialty Materials from 2005 to 2011, where they held the positions of HR Director EMEA and HR Strategic Business Partner. Victoria started their career at PerkinElmer in 2001 as an HR Business Partner for the Northern Region.

Victoria Marshall-Rice obtained a BA Hons in Public Administration from De Montfort University between 1990 and 1994. Victoria also received a CIPD degree in Personnel Development from the University of West London from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Verizon Enterprise Solutions.
