Hammad Arif

Hammad Arif has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the software development and consulting field. Hammad has recently been working as the Head of Software Development and Client Delivery at Experian Asia Pacific, where they are responsible for the technical strategy and implementation of the Look Who's Charging business unit, serving banks and financial institutions in Australia. Prior to that, Hammad worked as a Tech Lead at Look Who's Charging, where they implemented best practices in TDD, clean coding, SOLID principles, and CI/CD tools. Hammad also hired and managed a remote development team and built and enhanced software components such as APIs, batch jobs, ETL pipelines, and more.

Before joining Look Who's Charging, Hammad worked as a Lead Developer/Consultant at EPM Partners, where they led the technical consulting team and designed technical solutions primarily using Microsoft technology stack. Hammad also held the position of Senior Consultant at EPM Partners. Additionally, Hammad served as a Technical Solutions Manager at Emitac Enterprise Solutions and worked as a Software Engineer at Kalsoft, MBC Solutions, and 2B Technologies.

Throughout their career, Hammad has demonstrated expertise in software development, team management, technical consulting, and solution design using various technologies and tools.

Hammad Arif received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2002. Hammad also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Exam 70-488 and Exam 70-489 in 2015, and the Managing Project and Portfolios with Project Server 2013 Specialist certification in 2014. Hammad also holds certifications in MCTS in Project Server 2010, Configuration and CRM 2011, Configuration & Customization, as well as MCTS in SharePoint 2010, Application Development.
