Adam Fingersh is an experienced executive in the field of operations and customer strategy, currently serving as EVP, North America Operations and Chief Customer Officer at Experian North America since May 2005. With a progression through various strategic roles at Experian, including SVP, Chief Strategist and Head of Strategic Transformation, and SVP, GM Fraud and Identity Solutions, Adam has demonstrated leadership in developing operational strategies and innovations in customer service. In addition to their corporate roles, Adam serves as a Faculty Lecturer at the University of California, Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business since January 2021. Prior to their tenure at Experian, Adam held managerial and consulting positions at BearingPoint and Oracle. Adam holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
