Alexis Mun

Alexis Mun, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in driving customer engagement and optimizing processes. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Experian, Alexis has successfully led initiatives such as managing the transition of one million customers to a new neo-bank and launching a propensity model for CRM communications. Prior to Experian, Alexis was the Director of the Project Management Office at Roadtrip Nation, where the new project management tool Mavenlink was implemented, along with establishing policies and training programs. Previous roles include digital project management at Oakley, creative project management at TrueCar, and significant marketing positions at Guthy-Renker. Alexis holds a degree in International Marketing from James Madison University and possesses a PMP certification from Project Management Academy.
