Crystine Yoong

Crystine Yoong is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in leading recruitment teams and managing talent sourcing initiatives. At Experian, from April 2018 to September 2020, Crystine held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Interim), and Talent Acquisition Partner within the Global Delivery Centre in Malaysia. Prior to that, at IBM from August 2010 to July 2016, Crystine served as the Recruitment Associate Team Lead and Business Operation Focal for the ANZ Recruitment Delivery Team, overseeing daily operations, and also worked as an HR Professional for both the Greater China Group and in an administrative support capacity. Crystine began the professional journey as a Trainee Counsellor at Universiti Kuala Lumpur in early 2010, providing assistance in student counseling services.
