Elena Racanicchi

Elena Racanicchi is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources for the Southern Cluster at Experian since February 2012, Elena has been instrumental in turnaround management and cultural change initiatives, alongside roles in organizational development and union management. Prior to Experian, Elena held the position of Human Resources Director at General Motors - Chevrolet France, where responsibilities included leading HR department start-up post-restructuring and managing labor relations. Previous roles at General Motors and Renault Italia focused on talent development, performance management, and HR system innovations. Elena holds a law degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
